America’s Car Museum is giving away two tickets to the sold-out Oct. 9 Justin Bieber concert. Beginning Sept. 22, anyone who comes to the admission desk at America's Car Museum and says the promotional passphrase – “Justin Bieber drives an electric car” – can enter the sweepstakes by filling out an entry form. Entries will be accepted from Sept. 22 – Oct. 6. KISS FM radio in Seattle will be on-site at America's Car Museum on Sat., Oct. 6 to do a live remote and announce the winner at 1 p.m.
