First Friday Gallery Talk: Riding the Rails

Friday, Aug 3, 2012 3:00p

Think a hobo’s life was easy and carefree? Think again! Jumping trains during the Great Depression was a life of constant danger. Chased from one town to the next looking for work, many hobos lost life and limb while traveling roads and rails. Come to this talk to hear about how, why, and who these people were.
