Grasshopper plagues, sickness, and pickled pioneers were all part of the drama and danger of traveling the trail to Washington. How did settlers survive the journey west? Discover the pioneer secrets of survival throughout the museum galleries.
Parents and children will enjoy hands-on activities and games while learning about the past. Camps run 11 AM to NOON. Families may bring a brown lunch for afterwards and stay to enjoy the museum exhibits in more depth.
