On Wednesday, November 14th from 6:30-7:45 in Bastille's Back Bar, Chef Jason Stoneburner will be preparing a three course appetizer pairing with three rounds of Park Cognac. Each course will be inspired and prepared with Park Cognac and be sent out 15 minutes apart accompanied with a round from Park Cognac's portfolio. Anais Brisson will be in town representing Park Cognac distillery of France and conducting the tasting as well as answering any questions.
