Directions: Located just a minute off of Interstate 5. Take exit 158 from I-5. Go west. Turn right at the first light (E. Marginal Way S.) The Museum is on the right, 1/2 mile. Parking is free.
HOTEL Accomodations: The Museum is located just minutes from downtown Seattle or from SeaTac airport. There is a wide choice of hotels at either location.
TUITION: Wshef members ($575); nonmembers ($685). WSHEF's sponsorship of this program allows us to offer you this $685 seminar for the reduced registration fee of $575. Tuition includes all seminar materials, continental breakfast, luncheon, access to the Museum after the seminar, and a $75 nonrefundable processing fee.
Advancement/Recertification Credit: The seminar has been approved for 6 hours of Face-to-Face Category I (Ache education) credit toward advancement, recertification, or reappointment in the College. To earn credits, you must attend the seminar in its entirety.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Sponsor Cancellation: Wshef reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient registration. In case of Wshef cancellation, preregistered participants will be notified and full refunds provided.
Participant Cancellation: Requests for cancellations/refunds must be received in writing (e-mail) by Friday October 12, 2012. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. After October 12, registrants are no longer eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend this event, you may send a substitute.
