TheFilmSchool presents the fourth installment of its popular script-reading series Caught in the Act with a reading of the zombie-western screenplay Sundown, written by Winda Benedetti and Robert Benedetti.
In Sundown, a down-on-his-luck gunslinger named Hunter is on a quest to find the mythical Wild West town of Prosperity.
The long-lost outpost is rumored to be rich with easy gold and even easier women, and when Hunter stumbles upon it he thinks lady luck has finally looked his way.
But Prosperity isn't the paradise he was expecting. Instead, it's a hell hole ruled by a bad-ass sheriff and an ugly secret.
And Hunter soon discovers that his odds of escaping the town alive are in the hands of those who ain't done dying.
