The Strongest Loser Bootcamp Challenge has its own hour of making metabolism, muscle, and cardio combine to kill calories! You'll use moves, methods, and tools unique to Bootcamp, all while laughing with others while they share in The Challenge. Plus, each week we have nutrition and trainer tips to support your success.
We start The Challenge with body composition and measurements, and do them again at the end. You earn points for losing inches and pounds (Body Change).
You'll do Bootcamp workouts every Sunday during the 8 weeks of The Challenge. Fill in the rest of each week with as many classes as you can - we'll give you points for every class you attend (Behavior Change).
We'll do Fitness Testing of your strength, endurance, and core at the beginning and end of The Challenge. If you've been working hard for 8 weeks you will see and feel tremendous improvement and we'll give you points for that too! (Fitness Change)
Body Change, Behavior Change, and Fitness Change points are tallied, and you can win your share of over $2000 in cash and prizes!
