Founding photographer for Andy Warhol’s Interview, Michael Childers has been taking photographs of art, dance and artists for over 40 years. For Dance magazine, he produced many covers including those featuring the Joffrey Ballet, The Royal Ballet, and the Alvin Ailey Dance Company. Co-produced with Timberland Regional Library, Mr. Childers lecture at The Center will be in conjunction with a gallery exhibit of over 30 portraits of authors.
