Heritage Skills Workshop: An Elegant Afternoon Tea

Museum
Join Lawrence Bradley aka “Thornhill” as he creates a simple menu that participants can put together for an elegant afternoon tea. A little sweet, a little savoury and fairly easy to prepare, but also something of which Anna Duchess of Bedford would approve! A historical discussion of the recipes and “Tea” are part of this virtual program. Imagine creating a lovely tea to treat your mother like a queen!
Our menu includes:
• Seed Cake
• Potted Chicken
• Finger Sandwiches
• Pot of Earl Grey Tea
