The majority of the regulations of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is scheduled to go into effect in 2014. Dave Maddock of Maddock & Associates (an insurance brokerage firm) will be speaking about the Health Care Reform Act to the Society for Design Administration. Dave will focus on specific regulations that occurred last summer and that are coming this fall. He will also review the PPACA law and the implementation timeline.
